I remember when I first got into tiki, Planteray (Plantation at the time) was making big waves with the release of Stiggins' Fancy Pineapple Rum. Unlike other pineapple-flavored rums on the market, this one got its flavor not from chemicals but via maceration of pineapple fruit and skins. The result was a vibrant pineapple flavor to the rum that didn't taste like it came out of an industrial vat. Okay, so far, so good. But does it daiquiri? Watch and find out!
